This team supports scientific articles, conferences, and the development of innovative, high-quality products that provide gluten-free nutrition. The overall objectives of the Medical Committee are to share the latest interdisciplinary knowledge on gluten- and grain-related disorders (GRDs) and raise awareness to improve early diagnosis and effective treatment.
