FREE FROM:
The distinction "Free From" indicates that the product does not contain the allergen in question. If a product uses the “free from” statement then the product has undergone extensive testing to quarentee its free fom status of the allergen. Our products are designated as "Free From" the allergens gluten, wheat and lactose.
WITHOUT ADDITION OF:
On the other hand, the distinction "without addition of" is used to identify those ingredients that are not included in the recipe i.e. those allergens/ingredients that we have consciously not used during the production. Please be aware that in the case of these allergens in spite of the conscious lack of use of the allergen during production and in spite of a commitment to allergen management, we cannot guarantee that the product will not contain slight traces of the allergen. The reasons for this include possible contaminations during production, transport and storage of raw ingredients which we purchase and products previously produced on the same production equipment.
An overview of the allergens can be found in our product catalogue.
Changes may be made to the recipes at any time in order to ensure that we always offer the best possible quality. We therefore recommend that in addition to the information in the catalogue or the allergen list you always also carefully read the list of ingredients on the package. Of course, if you have any specific individual questions then please feel free to contact us about the composition of the products.
